 thanks for your interest in the conference. it's very difficult for 
me to make comments about a paper. if i say "sure" and the paper is 
not accepted, then the author comes after me with a pointed stick; if
i say "no" and the potential paper stays virtual, but a comparable
paper shows up in the proceedings, then it's the pointed stick again.

i have enough holes in my body already; they seem to be functional,
